# Your account

> Your powerwp.ai account holds your plans, license keys, plugin downloads and orders. Here is where to find each, and how to get the Free plan.

Your account on powerwp.ai is where you find your plans, your license keys, the plugin download and your orders. It is created when you check out, and the Free plan creates one too. Sign in and open **My account**.

## What is in My account

| Section | What you find there |
|---|---|
| **Licenses** | Your license keys, the plan each belongs to, which sites use them, and the Upgrade button. One key covers one site. |
| **Subscriptions** | The monthly or yearly billing of your paid plans. Cancel here at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the month or year you've paid for. |
| **Downloads** | The latest PowerWP AI plugin, ready to upload to WordPress. The file is named `powerwp-ai-<version>.zip`. |
| **Orders** | Every order, with its status and invoice details. |
| **Billing details** | The address and details shown on your invoices and filled in at checkout. |
| **Account details** | Your name, e-mail address and password. |

## Where is my key?

Open **My account › Licenses**. Each plan card shows its key with a **Copy** button. Copy the key and paste it into **PowerWP AI › License** on your site. See [Activate your license](/docs/get-started/license/). Each key belongs to one site at a time. To use it on another site, deactivate it on the first one. See [Licenses and sites](/docs/account/licenses/).

## Plans

Every plan is for one WordPress site. Prices are per site, in US dollars, and paid plans are billed every month or once a year (20% less) until you cancel.

A connection is the access you give one AI app. Paid plans include every tool and every safety layer and differ only in how many AI connections they include. See [Plans and limits](/docs/concepts/plans/) and the [pricing page](/pricing/).

## Get the Free plan

The Free plan gives one site one read-only AI connection and has no end date. Your AI app can read diagnostics, logs, content, orders and settings, but cannot change anything.

1. Open the [pricing page](/pricing/) and choose **Start free**.
2. Complete the checkout. The total is $0, so there is no payment. The account is created at checkout, and you are signed in afterwards.
3. Open **My account › Downloads** for the plugin and **My account › Licenses** for the key.
4. Install the plugin and activate the key on your site. See the [Quickstart](/docs/get-started/quickstart/).

There is one Free plan for each customer. If you try to get a second one, the shop tells you that you already have a Free key. To allow changes later, upgrade in **My account › Licenses**. The key stays the same.
