Use case · SEO

SEO for your WordPress site, done by your AI app.

Titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text and links, in bulk. You set the rules, your AI app drafts, you approve, and changes are recorded, so you can roll them back.

Write SEO titles and meta descriptions for the 24 products in Kitchen. Keep product names exact.

Done. Each title starts with the product name and stays under 60 characters; descriptions are under 155. Your SEO plugin’s fields were updated and no URLs changed.

What you can hand over

Twelve SEO jobs you no longer queue.

Everything here happens inside WordPress, on your own site. For keyword ideas and rankings, bring your own data; more on that below.

SEO titles and meta descriptions, in bulk

One clear H1 per page, headings in order

Alt text for product and blog images

Product and category descriptions

Internal links between related pages

Links to deleted pages, found and fixed

Duplicate titles and descriptions

Pages set to noindex by mistake

Structured data checked on any page

Sitemap and robots.txt reachable

Old domain or http links replaced site-wide

Thin pages listed, with a draft for each

A typical session

Audit, draft, approve, check.

The same four moves work for every SEO job. Ask for drafts first, and nothing needs to be saved until you say go.

1

Audit

Ask what’s missing. Your AI app reads your products and your SEO plugin’s fields and gives you a list, without changing anything. This step works on the Free plan.

Example · Claude · Demo Store

Which products have no meta description?

content_query

48 of your 212 products have no meta description. Most are in Kitchen (19) and Tableware (14).

2

Draft with your rules

Give the rules once: length, tone, words to use or avoid. Save them in the site memory, and every AI app you connect writes with them. Ask for a few samples before the whole batch.

Example · Claude · Demo Store

Write them. Max 155 characters, mention free returns, no “cheap”. Show me 3 first.

Stoneware MugHandmade stoneware mug, 350 ml, with a dishwasher-safe glaze in four colors. Returns are free.
Cast Iron SkilletPre-seasoned 26 cm cast iron skillet for stovetop, oven and grill. Heats evenly and lasts for years. Returns are free.
Copper KettlePolished copper kettle, 1.5 liters, for gas and electric stovetops. Whistles when the water is ready. Returns are free.
3

Approve and apply

Say go. Each product is saved with a snapshot, so one product or the whole batch can be rolled back while the snapshots are kept (30 days by default).

Example · Claude · Demo Store

Good. Do all 48.

4

Check the live pages

Your AI app loads a few pages from your server and confirms the new tags are in the HTML your visitors and search engines get.

Example · Claude · Demo Store

Check 5 of them on the live site.

page_check ×5cache_flush

All 5 return 200 with the new description in the page. The page cache served the old one on 2 pages, so I cleared the page cache.

Copy and paste

SEO requests that work well.

Paste one into your AI app and change the parts in brackets. PowerWP AI also has built-in SEO recipes your app can run by name.

Fill missing meta descriptions

List products with no meta description. Then draft one for each: max 155 characters, mention [your main promise], no prices. Show me 3 before saving the rest.

Fix heading structure

Check my [pages / product categories] for missing or duplicate H1 headings and skipped levels. List the problems first, then fix them after I agree.

Alt text for images

Find product images with empty alt text. Write short, literal alt text from the product name and image file name. Don’t add keywords that aren’t true.

Broken internal links

Find links in posts and pages that point to pages or products that no longer exist. Suggest the best live replacement for each and wait for my OK.

Indexing check

Which pages, products or categories are set to noindex? Is the site set to discourage search engines? Do the sitemap and robots.txt answer? Change nothing.

Use my keyword list

Here is my keyword list [paste]. Match each keyword to the page that should rank for it, show pages that compete with each other, and suggest title changes.

Your SEO plugin stays

Edits the fields your SEO plugin already uses.

Your SEO plugin keeps doing its job. Your AI app finds the fields it uses for titles and descriptions, shows you one example, and writes into the same fields. Check that example before a bulk run.

Bring your data

Your search data, your decisions.

PowerWP works inside your site and has no search data of its own. Paste a Search Console export or a keyword list into your AI app, or connect an SEO tool to the app as well. Your app matches the data to your pages, and PowerWP applies what you approve.

Questions

SEO questions.

Will it change my URLs?

Only if you ask it to. Changing a ranked URL can cost you traffic, so say “don’t change URLs” in your request. Changes are recorded, so you can look them up and roll them back.

Can I roll back a whole batch?

Content edits are saved with a snapshot. Ask for a checkpoint first, as in step 3 above, and you can roll back everything after it in one step, or any single product, while the snapshots are kept (30 days by default).

Is AI-written text bad for SEO?

Search engines care whether a page is useful and accurate. Give your AI app real facts about your products, read the drafts before you approve them, and skip mass-produced filler.

How many pages can it handle?

PowerWP sets no page limit. Your AI app works through them in batches, and its own usage limits set the pace. Start with 3 samples, set a checkpoint, then do the rest in batches.

Does it work on the Free plan?

The audit does: on the Free plan your AI app can read every page and list what’s missing. Saving texts needs a paid plan with the Content manager preset.

Start with one request: “Which products have no meta description?”

It only reads, so it works on the Free plan.
