Billing, upgrades and refunds
How monthly and yearly billing and cancelling work, how upgrading keeps your key, what happens when a plan ends, where invoices are and why paid plans aren't refundable.
Your plan is for one site and is billed every month or once a year until you cancel. Upgrading keeps your key, and if a paid plan ends, the site goes back to the Free plan with the same key. This page covers each case.
Prices#
Prices are per site, in US dollars, paid every month or once a year. You pay at checkout by card through Stripe (Apple Pay and Google Pay work too), and any tax is shown before you pay.

Yearly costs 20% less than 12 monthly payments.
Paid plans include every tool and every safety layer, and updates and support while the plan is active. They differ only in the number of AI connections. The AI app and its plan are not included.
Upgrade#
Upgrade from the Free plan or a smaller plan at any time in My account › Licenses. There is nothing to reinstall, and the key stays the same.
- The new plan starts that day, with the bigger plan's limits.
- From the Free plan, the site can then give its connections write permissions.
Your site picks up the change with its daily license check, within a day. To apply it at once, open PowerWP AI › License and select Check now. Until the site has the change, the Free plan's read-only limit still applies.
Switch to yearly billing#
Paying monthly? Choose Switch to yearly billing in My account › Licenses. The key stays the same, the days you've already paid for are kept and the year is added after them, and the monthly subscription stops at once, so you're never billed twice.
Billing and cancelling#
Paid plans are billed every month or once a year, as you chose at checkout, automatically, by card (Stripe), until you cancel. There is no contract.
- Your license key and your plan's limits stay the same from one payment to the next.
- Cancel any time in My account › Subscriptions. The plan stays active until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and no further payment is taken.
- A month or a year you've paid for isn't refunded. See Refunds.
The Free plan has no end date and is never billed.
When a plan ends#
A paid plan ends when you cancel, or when a payment fails and isn't retried successfully. Three days after the plan’s end date the site goes back to the Free plan, so a renewal paid a little late changes nothing. Your AI app can still read the site, but it can't change anything until you subscribe again. The license key stays the same and nothing needs reinstalling. See Activate your license.
If a payment is reversed, or a purchase is refunded, the license can be suspended instead. A suspended license works like the Free plan: AI apps can read but not change anything, and no new connection can be added. Contact support to sort it out.
Invoices#
NOMESOFT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, is the seller. Orders, e-mails and invoices name it as the seller.
- My account › Orders lists every order with its status and invoice details.
- My account › Billing details holds the address and details shown on your invoices. Update them before you buy, as they are filled in at checkout.
Refunds#
Try it free first. Try the Free plan on your own site before you buy. Because the plugin and your plan are delivered at once, paid plans aren't refundable: a month or a year you've paid for isn't refunded, but you can cancel any time to stop the next payment. If the same payment was taken twice, the extra charge is paid back. This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law. The refund policy has the details.
